Shipmind Labs

A few years back, a checkout we worked on sent people to a payment page with someone else's logo on it and a different address in the bar. Nothing was broken. Customers stopped there anyway, and support started getting messages asking whether the site was a scam. The cheap feeling usually comes from one moment where the site stops looking like itself, not from the design. We keep payment pages on the client's own branding and domain now, because that's the screen where trust actually gets spent. Worth checking where your own site hands a customer off to something that doesn't look like you.
